We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to spearhead the strategy and execution for WinTeam, our premier Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position is a transformation leadership role focused on modernizing this critical ERP platform by integrating AI, data intelligence, and contemporary SaaS workflows to support thousands of enterprise client operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of WinTeam's core ERP modules.
- Lead modernization efforts, balancing architectural improvements with delivering immediate customer value.
- Transition product delivery focus from feature output towards business outcome impact.
- Incorporate AI-centric workflows such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making to leverage operational data for enhanced customer value.
- Build, mentor, and lead a talented product management team, fostering a culture of rigorous discovery, precise requirements, disciplined prioritization, and proactive execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and Executive teams to accelerate product delivery and market impact.
- Engage deeply with customers via advisory boards, site visits, and discovery sessions, serving as a product expert in strategic sales and industry forums.
- Oversee product profitability, partner with Finance on pricing and packaging strategies, and develop data-supported ROI justifications for new features.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Over 10 years of experience in product management, including at least 5 years leading and growing product teams in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong background in mission-critical software platforms such as ERP, workforce management, payroll, or high-volume operations applications.
- Demonstrated ability in driving platform modernization, managing technical debt, and guiding customer change management without disrupting business.
- Hands-on experience designing and launching AI-enhanced, data-driven software functionalities.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders, lead strategic customer engagements, and present to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or higher degree is highly preferred.
