  • Manage and optimize owned channels such as corporate website, blog, and social media accounts while testing new marketing channels.
  • Design lifecycle marketing strategies to effectively move patients from eligibility to active engagement using direct marketing vehicles such as mail, SMS, and calls.
  • Create and manage messaging strategies for patient enrollment stages and related marketing campaigns.
  • Develop creative assets and branding for marketing materials ensuring impact and trustworthiness.
  • Partner with Data Science and Patient Engagement teams to assess campaign performance.

  • Support quarterly marketing planning and resource allocation discussions aligned with Product and Design teams.
  • Hire, nurture, and expand the marketing team while providing strategic leadership and mentorship.
  • Collaborate on member acquisition, provider materials, and payer-facing content alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and brand management, preferable within healthcare, health technology, or similarly regulated sectors.
  • Proven expertise in owning and executing brand positioning with measurable outcomes on brand recognition and customer demand.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid and earned media channels, including agency collaboration.
  • Strong background in content strategy and multi-format production, with familiarity or interest in clinical thought leadership being advantageous.
  • Effective people leader skilled in coaching and scaling marketing teams in dynamic environments.
  • Adept at cross-functional collaboration with various departments including Product, Data Science, and Growth.
