Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience, including leadership of HR business partnerships and operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR strategies across multiple locations or regions.
- Proven ability to collaborate in global matrixed organizations, spanning different time zones.
- Track record of advising senior executives on organizational strategies, talent development, and workforce challenges.
- Experience guiding HR teams and handling complex employee relations issues.
- Proficient with HR technology solutions such as Workday and ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Data-oriented approach leveraging metrics and analytics to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication, influencing skills, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Skillfully balances long-term strategic planning with practical operational problem-solving.
