Position Summary
This senior leadership role owns the design and delivery of worldwide marketing strategy. The position is focused on strengthening brand presence, driving revenue growth, and broadening market reach across international regions. It also oversees coordinated marketing efforts across functions to ensure a unified brand experience in every market.
The role works closely with Product, Sales, Business Development, Regional Marketing, Digital Marketing, and executive stakeholders to support global expansion and sustained commercial performance.
Global Marketing Strategy
- Create and execute international marketing plans that support broader business goals.
- Spot growth opportunities in global markets and define competitive positioning approaches.
- Lead worldwide go-to-market programs for products and services.
- Bring regional marketing plans into alignment with enterprise growth priorities.
Brand Leadership
- Build and protect a strong global brand identity.
- Maintain consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer experience across all markets.
- Own brand positioning, reputation management, and integrated campaign strategy.
- Tailor global campaigns for local markets while preserving brand standards.
Market Expansion and Commercial Growth
- Support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in international markets.
- Contribute to market entry planning and cross-border expansion efforts.
- Work with Sales and Business Development to improve pipeline generation and market penetration.
- Track marketing outcomes and improve ROI using analytics and customer data.
Digital and Omnichannel Marketing
- Oversee global digital marketing activity across SEO, SEM, social media, content, CRM, email, and marketing automation.
- Strengthen omnichannel engagement across both online and offline touchpoints.
- Use AI, analytics, and marketing technology to improve campaign results.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead Global Marketing Managers, Regional Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, Product Marketing teams, and agency partners.
- Manage global marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Present strategy updates and performance results to executive leadership.
- Coach emerging leaders and encourage collaboration across international teams.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is required. An MBA is preferred.
The role calls for 10 to 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with international or global marketing leadership exposure. Candidates should have a proven record of leading multinational marketing efforts and strong capability in brand management, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential.
