About the Role
This senior marketing leadership position commands responsibility for steering brand strategy, driving measurable commercial growth, and managing a dynamic marketing team specializing in brand, digital, and innovation sectors. Collaboration with global and regional partners, agencies, and internal teams including operations, technology, finance, and analytics is essential to optimize marketing efforts and maximize returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop regional brand positioning across the ANZ markets.
- Create and implement integrated marketing, media, and customer campaigns aimed at boosting commercial growth.
- Manage agency relationships and lead the brand and creative marketing functions.
- Build and guide a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Collaborate with global and regional counterparts to innovate in product, packaging, and promotional areas.
- Promote a data-driven marketing approach by enhancing measurement, customer insights, and ROI analysis.
