Role overview
Coca-Cola is looking for a Senior Director of Integrated Marketing Experiences (IMX) to lead how its brands are brought to life across Germany. This senior leadership position sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, with the goal of shaping meaningful consumer interactions at scale.
In this role, you will design the IMX approach for the market and ensure the brand portfolio is delivered consistently across the full consumer journey through media, content, partnerships, and experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and steer a strong IMX strategy across all brands in Germany.
- Build integrated, full-funnel connections that strengthen both brand value and business growth.
- Lead media investment planning and optimization across channels to improve results.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Commercial, and Bottling teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Use data, measurement, and performance insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage and coach a high-performing team as well as agency and platform partners.
- Set a high standard for innovation, accountability, and excellence across the ecosystem.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing leader who combines strong creative instincts with a deep analytical mindset. You should be comfortable operating in complex, multi-brand environments and have the ability to influence senior stakeholders while developing teams and partners.
Experience and qualifications
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in IMX, media, or integrated marketing leadership.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable impact in complex, multi-brand organizations.
- Strong expertise in data-driven marketing, performance tracking, and measurement.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholders effectively and build capable teams.
- Fluency in German is required.

Additional compensation information
