Located in Tuas, Singapore, Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (Coca-Cola Singapore) is a major concentrate manufacturing site that serves the ASEAN, South Pacific, and Southwest Asia markets. This strategic export facility produces a variety of beverage concentrates and bases, supporting regional business units. Recently, the plant has expanded, doubling its production capacity, and is actively pursuing digital transformation to become a leader in the Consumer Products Supply industry in Asia.

Job Summary
This key position in the Consumer Products Supply (CPS) division emphasizes customer engagement and order fulfillment. You will coordinate with customers from the Pacific Group and ASEAN regions regarding demand, order management, and logistics. Acting as the customers' representative, you will collaborate with business units and bottlers to monitor market trends and improve forecast accuracy using collaborative planning and forecast replenishment methods.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders and forecasts received via E-Supply Chain and SAP systems to initiate manufacturing and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor the entire order life cycle, actively align future demand forecasting with business units and bottlers through data analysis of historical sales, forecasts, and actual market performance.
- Lead and facilitate Collaborative Forecast Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) activities and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) alongside customer service and business stakeholders.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly service reviews covering plant performance, commercialization timelines, forecasts for new products, customer complaints, and continuous improvement programs.
- Visit customers regularly within South Pacific and ASEAN areas, serving as the main liaison between CPS plants and clients.
- Address customer complaints by logging and acknowledging issues within 24 hours, coordinating root cause analysis with relevant CPS departments, updating customers on progress, and implementing corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
- Oversee outbound logistics by ensuring shipping documentation completeness, managing shipment scheduling, monitoring new product introductions and first shipments, and collaborating with Finance, third-party logistics, and other departments to assist shipment processing.
- Support CPS Singapore's Operational Excellence programs and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
- Represent CPS Singapore in the Supply Chain Digital Working Team (DWT), coordinating with other CPS plants and the Asia DWT to maintain consistent service levels.
- Administer customer satisfaction surveys for assigned accounts to gather feedback and drive service improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing, customer service, or supply chain roles with exposure to demand and order management.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, Access/SQL, SAP Query, and familiarity with data visualization tools is advantageous.
Additional Information
This position is a 7-month contract commencing in October or November 2026, serving as maternity cover. It is based onsite in Tuas, with two-way transportation arranged from select MRT stations islandwide.
Due to Singapore's statutory regulations, preference will be given to applicants who currently have the legal right to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship.
