Senior Designer - Healthcare Sector

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our Healthcare-focused design team at our Singapore General Office. This pivotal role involves shaping and implementing advanced design strategies tailored to consumer and client needs within the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the design representative in matrixed team structures, influencing leadership and ensuring branding consistency and high design standards.
• Oversee multiple projects from strategic concept through to execution, aligning with consumer insights and business priorities in healthcare.
• Lead creative development for innovations, crucial marketing campaigns, and ongoing portfolio management.
• Create compelling consumer-centric design concepts across diverse platforms, including packaging, digital environments, and brand identity in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Translate consumer data and business objectives into attractive and compliant design outputs.
• Produce high-quality digital assets—both static and motion-based—optimized for various platforms.
• Manage design priorities such as workflow, budgeting, and team stewardship effectively.
• Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams to steer design processes from ideation through implementation.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (8 to 15 years) in senior design roles demonstrating both creative and strategic prowess.
• A robust portfolio showcasing sophisticated design abilities and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are required; After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D modeling skills are advantageous.
• A strategic mindset and entrepreneurial approach, especially suited for developing local initiatives lacking global frameworks.
• Proven independent leadership skills with capacity to manage complex projects autonomously.
• Exceptional visual sensibility with meticulous attention to detail and a polished aesthetic.
• Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines within regulated environments.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with external agency partners.
• Strong skills in project management, communication, and storytelling.
