For Saudi Arabia, the company is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to support a major rail and mobility program.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead in creating, reviewing, and signing off project-wide cybersecurity governance structures, methods, and security architectures across IT, OT, and rail control environments.
• Evaluate and endorse cybersecurity-related technical submissions, design packages, and system architectures from the D&B Contractor, ensuring alignment with ISO/IEC 27001/27002, IEC 62443, and Saudi NCA requirements.
• Direct and monitor cyber risk reviews, threat modelling activities, and vulnerability studies for signaling, rolling stock interfaces, OCC/TCC platforms, telecom systems, AFC, PSDs, SCADA, and depot systems.
• Confirm that appropriate safeguards are in place for authentication, authorization, encryption, access control, network segmentation, and intrusion detection/prevention.
• Manage cybersecurity integration across systems and interfaces to protect against hacking, malware, spoofing, denial-of-service attacks, and unauthorized access.
• Support cyber assurance throughout testing and commissioning by coordinating security validation, penetration testing, and readiness checks ahead of operational launch.
• Liaise on cybersecurity topics with PMCM teams, the D&B Contractor, system vendors, the O&M Entity, and Employer stakeholders to close risks and resolve non-conformities.
• Compile senior-level cybersecurity reports, risk logs, compliance reviews, and recommendations for Employer review and decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 18+ years of professional experience.
• Deep background in leading cybersecurity for large rail, metro, or critical infrastructure programs, including OT and safety-critical systems.
• Strong command of cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001/27002, IEC 62443, EN 50129 (security-related aspects), and KSA NCA controls.
• Demonstrated ability to define cybersecurity architectures, policies, risk frameworks, and assurance processes in complex multi-contract environments.
• Solid understanding of cyber exposures in automated metro operations, signaling/ATC, OCC/TCC, telecom networks, and data platforms.
• Proven analytical strength in assessing advanced cyber threats, reviewing vulnerabilities, and proposing practical risk mitigation measures.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills for working with senior stakeholders, contractors, regulators, and Employer representatives.
• High professional integrity, discretion, and the authority expected in a senior specialist role on a major infrastructure megaproject.
