Charlotte Tilbury Beauty was created in 2013 by British makeup artist and beauty founder Charlotte Tilbury MBE. Since then, the brand has transformed how people discover and use makeup by offering products that are simple to apply, easy to select and ideal for gifting. It has continued to scale quickly, setting records across markets, channels and product categories.

Over the past decade, the business has seen remarkable expansion and is now a highly recognised name in beauty and beyond. It operates in 50 markets and continues to grow, supported by more than 2,300 employees worldwide who make up the Dream Team.

Today, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is an international company delivering strong growth, retail innovation and product launches powered by advanced technology. Its culture is built around embracing challenges, fresh thinking, teamwork and sharing success. As the business expands, it seeks exceptional people who want to contribute to its ongoing growth and limitless ambition.

About the role

The supply chain team sits at the centre of the product journey, connecting raw materials through to the customer experience. In this position, you will act as the customer voice within supply chain while also bringing together Sales, Marketing and Finance.

As Senior Manager, Customer Supply Chain for EMEA, you will connect internal supply chain operations with commercial teams covering retailers, franchise partners, as well as the brand’s own stores and digital channels within the wholesale environment. The role is centred on improving the full order-to-cash and fulfilment process across a fast-moving skincare and cosmetics portfolio.

You will be responsible for improving service levels and supporting growth through strong customer management, effective logistics execution and insight-led decision-making. The role covers product availability across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia, with emphasis on short- and mid-term sales and operations execution planning.

This is a role for someone who understands the beauty sector deeply, especially a product environment driven by new launches, fast-changing trends and short product life cycles. You will need to be confident with complex systems such as NetSuite and SAP, and skilled at working with customer systems to align supply chain capabilities with customer needs.

What you will do

  • Manage, coach and develop a team of Customer Supply Chain Managers and planners, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled at the best possible cost and encouraging continuous improvement with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Act as the main supply chain contact for major retailer and wholesale partners, holding regular reviews and aligning internal supply chain capabilities with external customer expectations.
  • Own the order management and fulfilment process, maintaining high on-time, in-full performance while reducing shortages and delivery issues.
  • Support and embed the sales and operations execution process through joint planning, SISO reviews and collaborative business planning with commercial teams and customers to strengthen forecast accuracy, promotional delivery and new channel growth.
  • Identify and implement cost-to-serve improvements, including pallet optimisation, fewer delivery penalties and discrepancies, and a more efficient returns process.
  • Shift the team from processing orders reactively to building proactive, value-adding customer partnerships, with root-cause analysis used to address service failures.
  • Use ERP and business intelligence tools to turn complex data into practical insight for service KPIs, inventory health at retail and supply chain efficiency.

Reporting line

You will report to the EMEA Supply Chain Director.

About you

The ideal candidate will bring advanced Excel capability, strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders at different levels. You should have a service-led mindset, take ownership of issues and opportunities, and understand how supply chain decisions affect financial outcomes.

You will need to work well with others, improve data integration and daily processes, and contribute to reporting, analytics and insight development. Strong numeracy and logical thinking are essential, along with the ability to interpret and act on complex information. Experience with SAP would be helpful, though training will be provided on the current systems.

This is a fast-moving and energetic environment, and the business values agility, strong delivery focus and a willingness to be part of a global dream team. Candidates with more or less experience than stated may still be considered if they can demonstrate the right capabilities.

Why join us?

  • You will be part of a purpose-led, fast-growing and exciting journey focused on helping people feel their best.
  • The company offers a hybrid working approach with flexibility to work in a way that suits you.
  • 25 days of holiday, plus bank holidays, and an extra day off for your birthday.
  • An inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents and carers.
  • Pension and life assurance benefits to support financial wellbeing and planning.
  • Wellness and social support, including Medicash, employee assistance programmes and regular team connections.
  • Dog-friendly days and spaces so you can bring your furry friend to work on allocated days.
  • A generous product discount and gifting programme.

Diversity and inclusion

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is committed to building a workforce made up of people from different backgrounds, cultures, voices, beliefs and perspectives. The company believes this helps it better support its communities, customers, employees and candidates throughout the hiring process.
