The company is looking for a Senior Creator Strategist to lead creator-driven strategy across its brands. This position is a more advanced version of a traditional influencer manager role, but with a broader understanding of today’s creator economy. Creators now include editors, comedians, educators, founders, and tastemakers who build audiences across new formats and platforms. The ideal candidate will understand this space deeply and use that knowledge to design campaigns that influence both culture and revenue.
This is a role that blends instinct with analysis. You should be able to spot a trend intuitively and then validate its value through performance data.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and guide creator-led campaign ideas that strengthen brand storytelling, increase cultural relevance, and generate measurable engagement across channels.
- Act as the go-to expert on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and newer social platforms, with a strong opinion on which creators and content formats fit each brand goal.
- Watch cultural movements, platform algorithm shifts, and emerging subcultures, then turn those observations into practical briefs for internal teams and external partners before trends peak.
- Review campaign results, identify patterns in the data, and use those insights to refine strategy, improve creative testing, and raise ROI and conversion performance.
- Work closely with Growth Directors, creative strategists, designers, and editors to keep work aligned from early concepting through final execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in digital strategy, brand storytelling, or creator/influencer marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of major social platforms, along with an understanding of paid media and social commerce trends.
- Demonstrated ability to turn creative performance data into clearer briefs, smarter testing approaches, and stronger strategic recommendations.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, including the ability to create persuasive pitch decks and explain strategy to senior leaders.
- Deep fluency in creator ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and related platforms; this is essential.
