- Expand the pipeline of new and emerging KOLs and influencers entering the brand's funnel while maintaining strong relationships with current supporters, dedicating around 65% of your efforts.
- Drive a 'win-back' initiative aimed at re-engaging lapsed creators and prestige influencers to maintain long-term loyalty and influence.
- Oversee influencer paid campaigns including new launches and evergreen promotions in collaboration with the product marketing team.
- Manage high-level influencer targeting lists to ensure engagement across multiple touchpoints like product seeding, events, and community management.
- Lead the micro-influencer program within the brand, including strategy development, campaign planning, and execution.
- Serve as the primary contact for VIP influencer and Key Opinion Leader relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams to design boosting campaigns aimed at raising brand awareness, increasing traffic, and driving sales.
- Work closely with product marketing to align influencer activations with overall marketing plans and product messaging for measurable business impact.
- Lead internal teams and external agencies managing influencer strategies.
- Be prepared to work irregular hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Capabilities and Skills
- Proven expertise in influencer management including identifying, recruiting, and nurturing genuine industry connections and advocates to strengthen brand reputation.
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to devise innovative marketing approaches and value-added campaigns.
- Effective persuasive communication skills to articulate brand vision to partners and stakeholders.
- Deep familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels and an understanding of evolving influencer trends.
- Data-driven marketing proficiency to analyze social media data and optimize influencer partnerships and campaign outcomes.
- Ability to act quickly on emerging creator trends and audience sentiment.
- A commitment to maintaining brand integrity, ensuring influencer content aligns with Urban Decay’s luxury indie image.
- Strong collaborative skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to guarantee a consistent brand experience.
