Overview

We are seeking an outstanding Senior Creative Events Producer to spearhead the production of immersive live experiences within the KK Group. This role involves full ownership of the production cycle for complex experiential events, encompassing creative concept pitching, venue scouting, timeline planning, supplier negotiations, event documentation, onsite event execution, and meticulous budget oversight.

The ideal candidate will skillfully combine inventive ideas with commercial pragmatism, ensuring quality, deadlines, and profit margins are upheld while maintaining transparent communication with clients and internal teams. There is also opportunity to mentor junior members, enhance production workflows, and inject innovative thought into culturally impactful experiences.

Responsibilities span designing experiential events across luxury cruises, member socials, flagship parties, retreats, and forthcoming hospitality ventures, with a focus on crafting compelling concepts that amplify the KK brand while guaranteeing financial success, operational feasibility, and scalability.

This person will develop engaging, memorable experiences that foster connections among attendees while establishing systems, documents, and production processes facilitating iterative improvements and expansion across various locations.

This position calls for a highly creative, commercially focused individual passionate about producing luxury events, comfortable with brainstorming new immersive events, sourcing exceptional talent, managing freelance creative teams, and building scalable production operations. As KK grows internationally through cruises, retreats, hotels, and other novel experiences, this role will be pivotal in shaping the live event landscape of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end creative production of KK Group events, including cruises, socials, flagship occasions, retreats, and hospitality projects.
  • Design concepts that embody and advance the KK brand creatively.
  • Create unforgettable guest experiences that are widely remembered and talked about.
  • Develop adaptable production formats for multi-venue and multi-destination application.
  • Produce detailed show bibles, production manuals, and creative playbooks to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Establish systems enabling production scalability aligned with company growth.
  • Focus on refining existing productions for continual improvement.
  • Deliver luxury event designs suitable for premium ships, boutique hotels, and exclusive venues.
  • Curate entertainment and immersive activations enhancing the event atmosphere.
  • Understand and integrate elements like lighting, music, service, and storytelling into immersive experiences.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with new and existing creative talent and suppliers globally.
  • Manage casting and coordination of creative freelancers and performers appropriate to each event.
  • Balance creative aspirations with budget constraints and operational practicalities.
  • Drive commercial success while delivering exceptional guest encounters.
  • Lead freelance producers, performers, and creative teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Brand teams for smooth event delivery.
  • Develop and uphold production documentation, supplier lists, schedules, and asset libraries to preserve organizational knowledge.
  • Create optimized production workflows that minimize redundancy and enhance future event execution.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Substantial background producing premium live events, notably within luxury events, experiential marketing, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong abilities in creative concept creation and project/production management.
  • Proficiency managing freelance creative teams and coordinating with external suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and commercial budget management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as events require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating events aboard cruise ships or within high-end hospitality environments.
  • Familiarity with immersive experience design and experiential activations.
  • An established network of performers, artists, and creative vendors.
  • Experience managing international events.
  • Insight into luxury guest services and premium hospitality standards.
