About the Role
Future Multimedia, based in Indore, is seeking an experienced Senior Course Counselor with a solid background in the education and training sector. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in guiding prospective students through course selections and enrollment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counseling to potential students regarding various IT-related courses.
- Manage student admissions efficiently, including follow-ups and fee collection.
- Consistently meet or exceed admission targets set by the institute.
- Utilize CRM tools and lead management systems to track prospective students and manage communication.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of five years’ counseling experience within the educational or training industry.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Familiarity with IT disciplines such as Digital Marketing, Data Science, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Full Stack Development, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience in admissions, fee management, and maintaining student records.
- Prior experience working with CRM platforms is advantageous.
