Senior Counsellor

About the Position

Brand Instavisa Overseas Private Limited is expanding its team with openings for two Visa Counsellors at their Hyderabad office. This full-time role requires candidates who are motivated and customer-oriented, with a strong desire to guide clients through international travel, studies, work, or immigration procedures.

Key Duties

• Advise clients on various visa categories including study, visitor, work, and tourism visas.
• Assess client needs and propose appropriate visa solutions.
• Clarify procedures, necessary paperwork, timelines, and associated fees.
• Engage leads actively to convert inquiries into confirmed clients.
• Collaborate with the documentation department to ensure completeness of applications.
• Manage client information and update records in the CRM system.
• Provide high-quality customer support throughout the application journey.

Candidate Criteria

• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in English, Telugu, and Hindi communication.
• Experience in visa or education consultancy, sales, or customer service is advantageous; however, freshers with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computing skills including MS Office, email handling, and CRM usage.
