About the Role
The Palawan @ Sentosa is Shangri-La Group’s first independent leisure and entertainment destination, located on Palawan Beach in Sentosa. It extends the brand’s hospitality expertise beyond hotels into a lively coastal venue that combines food, family experiences, and entertainment.
Positioned as a vibrant beachside attraction with several first-in-Singapore offerings, the destination features activities such as electric go-karting, beach mini golf, and both family-oriented and adults-only beach club experiences. The team is focused on creating memorable guest moments and delivering engaging experiences across the precinct.

- Write strong, audience-focused copy for social media, paid ads, websites, and EDMs.
- Generate fresh content ideas and explore new formats to boost engagement and reach.
- Manage social media operations day to day, maintaining a consistent voice, quality, and fast response.
- Track content and campaign performance, then turn findings into practical optimization ideas.
- Observe audience trends, behaviors, and opportunities to strengthen content impact.
- Work with internal teams and external partners on integrated and co-branded content initiatives.
- Support influencer and KOL partnerships so they stay aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Capture and tell stories from on-ground events, activations, and live moments.

- Coordinate across functions so content supports broader business objectives and marketing priorities.
What We’re Looking For

- Hands-on skill in photography, videography, and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of digital platforms, current content trends, and performance analytics.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort working independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work weekends, peak campaign periods, or events when needed.
