Role overview

This position is centered on delivering business insights, handling end-to-end project execution, and creating staffing solutions that are backed by detailed analysis. The role requires strong commercial understanding, the ability to frame hypotheses around client staffing challenges, and ownership of project delivery from start to finish. The selected professional will also be expected to guide the team on quality and timeliness, prepare client-facing documentation and presentations, and maintain strong working relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project tasks and ensure smooth execution across assignments.
• Take full ownership of the vertical's profit and loss performance.
• Develop and strengthen HR strategies tailored to client needs.
• Regularly collect client feedback and convert it into appropriate action.
• Coach and develop junior team members to build capability within the team.
• Work on staffing solutions using analytics and business insight.
• Support delivery of HR projects end to end while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Prepare work outputs for client presentation and direct discussion when needed.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients.

Required profile

• A bachelor's degree in technology, a master's degree in HR, marketing, or another relevant field is acceptable.
• 4 to 7 years of experience is preferred, ideally in HR management consulting or a corporate environment.
• Strong written and spoken communication abilities are essential.
• The candidate should have a people-management mindset with proven leadership capability and initiative.
• A solid track record of results, recruitment exposure, and a practical, entrepreneurial approach are expected.
• Applicants should be comfortable working in a startup setting and contributing proactively.
