Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and lead the analytical strategy specifically targeting grocery and retail markets in Germany.
• Conduct thorough, in-depth data analyses on strategic clients using SQL and sophisticated analytical techniques to enhance commercial results.
• Convert complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives and reports for executives and external stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of high performance in the analytics team.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to create automated dashboards and measurable KPIs leveraging tools like BigQuery and Tableau.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of four years’ experience in commercial sales analytics or business analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in grocery quick commerce or retail sectors is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience building data visualizations and reports using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong critical thinking capability to translate ambiguous business challenges into technical solutions.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are highly desirable.
