Job Overview
We are partnering with a leading global healthcare staffing organization to seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Allied Health Recruiter based remotely in Texas. This role entails managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical professionals, supporting healthcare facilities, and leveraging advanced technology platforms to meet recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and evaluating Allied Health professionals through multiple channels such as databases, social media, and industry networking.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client facility requirements and effectively align qualified clinicians with specific job openings.
- Oversee offer negotiations including compensation discussions to facilitate successful candidate placements.
- Act as the main liaison for clinicians during assignments, delivering exceptional service to ensure high retention and addressing any challenges.
- Consistently achieve and surpass individual and team performance targets to contribute to overall departmental success.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Have six months or more of experience in a professional sales, staffing, or business environment.
- Exhibit strong persuasive skills with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Demonstrate a proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic healthcare setting.
- Flexible availability to support a national client base, including occasional coordination outside regular hours.
