Job description
Role Overview
This senior role demands leadership in directing executive workshops focused on refining AI platform requirements, shaping product vision, and setting strategic roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level workshops to define AI product needs and strategic roadmaps.
- Analyze business processes and document them, creating agile deliverables such as user stories and release plans.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams including engineers, UX designers, QA, and project managers to align priorities and delivery.
- Manage the product backlog to ensure feature delivery aligns with timelines and goals.
- Drive the organization's Agile and Lean transformations and mentor fellow business analysis professionals.
- Provide mentorship and foster knowledge sharing among less experienced team members.
- Leverage technical insight for problem analysis and solution design.
- Develop business cases, improve operational metrics, and communicate market insights internally.
- Manage complex stakeholder communications and help build consensus to influence product direction.
- Ensure adherence to operational best practices and participate in talent recruitment.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product discovery, and requirement gathering within AI platform contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and facilitate discussions with C-suite executives.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, complex applications, and user experience design principles.
- Strong strategic planning, backlog management, and mentorship skills.
Work Details
This position is hybrid with a requirement of three days per week onsite in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and a minimum 4-month duration.
