Role overview

This position suits an experienced business analyst who enjoys working through complexity, making sense of ambiguity, and converting strategy into practical direction. You will act as the link between business, engineering, and product teams, helping ensure AI solutions are defined clearly, delivered effectively, and adopted with real business impact.

You will guide discovery work, shape roadmaps, unpack business problems, and help delivery teams move faster with confidence. Your contribution will be visible across major AI initiatives inside large global enterprises.

What you will do

• Decompose complicated business challenges into clear, manageable parts and help the wider team understand the purpose behind the work.
• Run workshops and discovery discussions with senior executives and business leaders.
• Develop strong knowledge of the company’s AI capabilities and help shape new use cases as they emerge.
• Review data, workflows, and operating patterns to support decisions and lower delivery risk.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to support prioritisation, alignment, and clarity of direction.
• Back engineering and product teams by clearing obstacles and helping them execute quickly and with confidence.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI features and use cases through deep product and domain understanding.
• Work within a squad handling two to three use cases at the same time.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate comes from a business environment first and is comfortable operating in commercial settings with complex organisational structures. You should be confident questioning assumptions, managing stakeholder expectations, and working across multiple streams of work.

• At least 8 years of business analysis experience, preferably in commercial, consulting, or enterprise environments.
• Direct experience working with business stakeholders rather than only technical teams.
• History of managing two to three complex projects or workstreams at once.
• Strong questioning and problem-solving ability, with a talent for finding clarity in ambiguity.
• Comfort in agile environments where priorities can change quickly.
• Experience communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• AI exposure is helpful, but curiosity and a willingness to learn matter more.
• Proven leadership in complex technology, AI, data, or automation programmes.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives, shape direction, and guide executive-level stakeholders.
