Job description

About the company

Future Secure AI is creating a new kind of enterprise AI business, focused on solving meaningful operational challenges for global organisations across several industries. The company works with advanced technology and places strong emphasis on courage, disciplined execution, and curiosity. Its leadership is entrepreneurial, seasoned, and approachable, with an open-door culture and a commitment to employee growth.

The business builds AI co-workers that carry out real operational tasks inside enterprise environments. As the platform grows, the internal operating model must grow with it. This role exists to create that structure.

Role overview

The Head of Product Operations will be responsible for the operating framework across Product, Engineering, and Architecture. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this person will act as the coordination hub across all three functions and will design the systems for intake, prioritisation, decision tracking, and field guidance so the wider platform organisation can work as one unit.

This is a leadership position with direct ownership of four functions: Product Analytics, Market Intelligence, Quality and Standards, and GTM Enablement. It is a people-management role focused on building and running a team, not an individual contributor position.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and run a single intake mechanism for product-related requests coming from across the organisation.
  • Own the weekly prioritisation process and the monthly update cycle spanning Product, Engineering, and Architecture.
  • Maintain the product decision log, ensuring trade-offs, dependencies, and escalations are recorded, visible, and resolved.
  • Track roadmap confidence across committed, conditional, and deferred initiatives.
  • Oversee governance for the Product Portal and keep field guidance current.
  • Prepare executive communication materials for founders and senior leaders.
  • Lead, hire, and develop a team of four function heads to a consistently high standard.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate brings at least 7 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy and Operations, Chief of Staff, or a similar operating role. You should have built operational cadences from the ground up, led teams, and worked across complex cross-functional enterprise B2B technology settings.

You should be someone who creates practical systems that teams actually follow, drives decisions forward without unnecessary conflict, and communicates with enough clarity that founders and executive leaders can take action quickly. Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment is essential.
