About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Delivery & Business Enablement (DBE) team at StarHub, focused on enhancing Consumer Journeys within the Digital Experience Platform (DXP). This role involves overseeing the entire requirements lifecycle—from discovering business needs and aligning stakeholders to supporting the development of solutions and validating post-release success. The position plays a pivotal role in improving digital experiences across platforms like the StarHub App and eShop, with emphasis on features such as self-service, digital onboarding, billing, usage insights, customer support, and service renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Consumer Journey Owners and Product Managers to extract strategic business requirements.
  • Convert journey goals into detailed functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
  • Create epics, user stories, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria utilizing Jira and Confluence.
  • Maintain traceability of documentation from requirements through to design, development, and testing phases.
  • Ensure backlogs are well prepared and complete across development squads.
  • Collaborate with QA/QE teams to develop UAT test cases aligning test coverage with business requirements.
  • Analyze and triage defects to verify compliance with requirements and acceptance standards.
  • Drive approval processes for requirements, testing outcomes, and validation after release.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Journey Owners, CX leads, UX/UI designers, Solution Designers, QA/QE, TPMs, and DevOps.
  • Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, release readiness, and backlog grooming to ensure synchronized delivery.
  • Participate in solution demonstrations and assess impacts of changes across different functional domains.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 6 to 10+ years' experience in business analysis or requirements management, especially supporting digital consumer platforms in agile settings.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Preferred certifications include Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, CSM) or Business Analysis credentials such as CBAP.
  • Proficient in working with backend systems like CRM, billing, identity management, and integration layers.
  • Experienced user of Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools.
  • Proven background in documenting digital consumer journeys, self-service mobile and web features, or customer portals.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry or involvement with large-scale customer-facing platform projects is advantageous.
