Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess banking-related requirements for banking IT systems.
- Develop detailed functional concepts and specifications.
- Independently analyze and align business requirements directly with clients, product owners, and software development teams.
- Create user stories to guide development.
- Conduct feature testing during sprint reviews and acceptance testing phases.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in software development projects.
- Expertise in banking domains, preferably with SEPA/payment transactions knowledge.
- Experience working in agile Scrum projects, including authoring user stories and functional specifications.
- Skill in developing test cases and executing tests.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Confluence, and Jira.
- Strong communication skills and social competence.
- Highly analytical with strong methodological expertise.
