Key Duties
- Create domain-specific marketing tasks covering brand strategy, growth marketing, and campaign reasoning; produce accurate, rubric-aligned model answer references grounded in practical experience.
- Assess LLM-generated outputs using detailed scoring criteria, providing clear, written feedback on correctness, quality of reasoning, and professional insight.
- Develop and enhance evaluation rubrics and guidelines tailored to marketing disciplines, ensuring consistent use throughout training datasets.
- Identify knowledge gaps within research and engineering teams particularly around brand positioning, performance marketing, and campaign logic, and help close these gaps.
- Work alongside other subject matter experts to uphold accuracy, calibration, and quality assurance within the evaluation framework.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of applied marketing experience with leading brands or agencies (e.g., P&G, Unilever, Nike, Ogilvy, WPP, Omnicom), showing advancement to senior or director ranks.
- Proven prior experience in reviewing LLM or automation model outputs against structured rubrics; candidates must explicitly mention this in their applications.
- Robust expertise in at least two marketing areas such as brand strategy, growth marketing, performance marketing, or integrated campaign planning.
- Capability to convert practitioner judgments into clear, exact written evaluations pertinent for model training.
- Strong analytical aptitude for assessing the quality of reasoning beyond simple factual correctness.
