Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is with a well-regarded luxury beauty business managing a portfolio of internationally known fragrance, beauty and skincare brands. The business is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to oversee several premium labels, shape growth plans and lead marketing activity that supports commercial performance across launches, retail and brand campaigns.
Please note that this position is intended for candidates who have already managed more than one luxury brand. Experience limited to a single brand, or work outside the premium beauty sector, is unlikely to meet the requirements for consideration.
What you will do
- Own the annual brand and marketing planning process for the assigned portfolio.
- Direct the rollout of new product introductions and seasonal campaign activity.
- Design and execute retail, digital and experiential activations that strengthen brand presence.
- Oversee budget management, forecasting and review of campaign outcomes.
- Study sales results, market shifts and competitor movements to guide decisions.
- Develop effective working relationships with global brand owners and key retail accounts.
- Spot and act on opportunities to improve awareness, market share and profitability.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure launches and campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will already have a track record in brand management within luxury fragrance, skincare or cosmetics/makeup and should be comfortable handling several premium brands at the same time. Strong commercial judgement, analytical thinking and the ability to coordinate integrated marketing activity are important for success in this role. You should also be confident partnering with premium retailers and international stakeholders, while remaining organised, proactive and collaborative.
Experience requirement
Applicants must have prior brand management experience in luxury fragrance, skincare or cosmetics/makeup, along with experience managing multiple premium brands concurrently. A background in a single-brand environment or outside the luxury beauty segment is not likely to be suitable.

- Hybrid working arrangement
- 37.5-hour work week
- Product allowance
- Generous holiday entitlement
- Private health insurance
