About the Role

Our client, a thriving and expanding company in the real estate finance sector based in Regent Street, London, is seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator. This role involves providing executive assistance to three Directors and supporting the company's growth through strategic projects, commercial research, and business operations. The position offers a hybrid work setup, requiring presence in the office three days a week, with the remaining two days remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing executive tasks such as scheduling calendars, organizing meetings, arranging travel, and handling expenses.
  • Ensuring smooth daily office operations by coordinating with suppliers, IT service providers, facilities management, and landlords.
  • Conducting market and competitor research in real estate finance, staying abreast of industry developments and trends.
  • Identifying and evaluating relevant industry events and networking opportunities while preparing commercial insights.
  • Supporting strategic business initiatives by gathering information and preparing business cases.
  • Assisting with LinkedIn activities, B2B marketing initiatives, and communications with clients.
  • Organizing meetings, events, and additional business projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and commercially aware professional with previous experience in business operations coordination, executive assistance, business support, or office management. They thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and exhibit strong communication skills, confident client interaction, and the ability to take ownership of their work.
