Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior BHMS Doctor with 8 to 15 years of clinical homeopathic experience to lead clinical practice, oversee complex cases, and mentor junior staff at a cancer hospital in Kochi, Kerala. Candidates with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from an accredited university.
- Valid registration with State or Central Homeopathy Medical Council or equivalent.
- Proven clinical practice experience of 7 to 15 years, adept at managing chronic, intricate multi-system ailments.
- Experience in clinical mentorship or leadership highly valued.
- Postgraduate qualifications such as MD Homeopathy or specialized diploma preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions using advanced homeopathic techniques.
- Perform detailed case analyses including repertorization and constitutional prescribing for complex cases.
- Provide expert consultation and second opinions for junior practitioners and external referrals.
- Supervise and lead the homeopathic clinical team, mentor junior doctors and paramedical staff.
- Conduct clinical audits, develop SOPs, and uphold quality assurance standards.
- Maintain legally compliant patient records and ensure adherence to medical ethics and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in research activities, publish clinical findings, and collaborate on academic projects.
- Build strong patient relationships, conduct educational sessions, and participate in community outreach.
- Contribute to operational strategies including patient scheduling, resource management, and marketing initiatives.
