International Recruiter - Team Lead / Assistant Manager

Radical Minds, a premier transformational outsourcing firm, invites applications for a Leadership role in Talent Acquisition focused on international BPO hiring. The position is based at Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, requiring a commitment of six working days per week. The role is designed for candidates with over six years of experience, particularly in managing hiring across international voice and chat processes servicing major markets such as the US, UK, Australia, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive recruitment processes for international Voice, Chat, Email, and Customer Support services.
• Develop strategic hiring plans to align with accelerated business expansion in global markets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Business leaders to accurately forecast and meet hiring needs promptly without compromising quality.
• Handle bulk recruitment campaigns for various roles including Customer Service Executives, Technical and Sales Associates, Team Leaders, Trainers, Quality Analysts, and Operations Managers utilizing diverse hiring channels.
• Maintain and nurture talent pools to support future operational growth.
• Work closely with senior management and stakeholders, offering recruitment insights and strategic advice.
• Continuously enhance recruitment processes focusing on sourcing quality, reducing recruitment cycle times, cost efficiency, and maintaining excellent candidate experience.
• Lead, mentor, and optimize the performance of recruitment teams, fostering high productivity and accountability.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum six years in Talent Acquisition with at least five years dedicated to international BPO hiring.
• Solid track record recruiting for US Voice, UK Customer Service, Australian Support, European Customer Operations, and Chat & Email Support Projects.
• Graduate in any discipline; advanced HR qualifications like MBA or PGDM preferred.
• Strong communication skills coupled with proficiency in stakeholder management and recruitment analytics.
