Candidate Requirements

• Documented success in agency recruitment at a senior or principal consultant level.
• Background recruiting within engineering, construction, project management, or commissioning sectors; data centre experience is especially valued.
• Technical knowledge sufficient to conduct meaningful conversations related to design, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), construction, or operations.
• Proven capability in 360-degree desk management encompassing business development and client terms negotiation.
• Established credibility with senior stakeholders including hiring managers and executive leadership.
