Team and Role Overview

The Revenue Operations team fosters a scalable, efficient commercial framework throughout Asia (excluding China). The team focuses on processes, systems, data, people, and enablement to enhance the speed, accuracy, and impact of commercial activities.

The Senior Associate role at Airwallex involves managing and expanding commercial operations by integrating AI-powered automation and tools to improve workflows, pipeline oversight, reporting, forecasting, and systems enhancements. This role is not a prompt engineering position but requires strong fundamentals in Revenue Operations paired with practical AI implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and refine comprehensive revenue processes across Asia's commercial teams, including pipeline management, forecasting, commission cycles, and business review meetings.
• Administer Salesforce and connected commercial platforms, ensuring data integrity, automating workflows, and maintaining quality reporting.
• Collaborate with commercial, operational, and cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth and effective commercial workflows.
• Spot automation opportunities in sales processes and develop solutions leveraging AI tools, agent frameworks, and no-code or low-code platforms.
• Create and sustain AI-assisted workflows that enhance system efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
• Design and promote AI-based productivity tools for commercial teams and facilitate their consistent usage across the organization.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years experience in Revenue, Sales, or Go-to-Market Operations, preferably within fast-growing technology or fintech sectors.
• Proficient in Salesforce, particularly with flows, report creation, and managing custom objects.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as LLM APIs, automation platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay, or agent frameworks like Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including SQL proficiency and familiarity with BI platforms like Looker or Tableau.
• Effective problem-solving skills to convert unclear business challenges into precise automation or process solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to coordinate efficiently across different teams and geographic locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with data or analytics teams or managing data pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting or data analysis.
• Background in technology, financial services, or international fast-growth businesses.
• Additional language proficiency in an Asian language is an advantage.
