Role Overview and Responsibilities

This position, based in Singapore with potential relocation options, seeks a proactive product leader who embodies founder-like drive and desire for substantial impact. The successful candidate will work alongside an exceptional team, handling complex and visible challenges to enhance and build global payment platforms. Using sharp analytical thinking, deep curiosity, and sound judgment, you will bring innovative ideas from conception through to execution, frequently using AI tools to boost problem-solving efficiency.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Direct and substantive product management experience is essential; candidates transitioning from engineering to product management are welcome.
• Preferred background includes startup experience with extensive responsibilities or founder-level roles.
• Currently or previously in a role as a Product Manager or startup founder with full product ownership.

Domain Knowledge

• Proven capacity to establish strategic direction within uncertain or ambiguous environments.
• Experience building or scaling enterprise software or similarly complex technical products.
• Track record of delivering products in challenging technical sectors; Fintech domain knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.

Soft Skills and Leadership Attributes

• Strong communication abilities, confident representation of the company in client-facing enterprise settings.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and providing clear guidance to teams and stakeholders.
• Capacity to engage deeply in technical discussions and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
