You will provide both design and technical leadership on major healthcare infrastructure projects, nurture enduring client partnerships, and guide projects from initial conception through to completion. Working alongside a seasoned national and international healthcare architecture team, you will also mentor emerging professionals and contribute to growing our health portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively across multiple technical disciplines.
  • Support project progression from early planning and briefing stages through to final delivery.
  • Mentor and foster growth among junior and emerging staff within the healthcare architecture studio.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Registered Architect or equivalent professional accreditation required.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex healthcare projects or similarly regulated technical environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare facility planning, design methodologies, and project delivery workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage client interfaces and engage successfully with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Capability to lead multidisciplinary teams and integrate diverse technical specializations.
  • Strong commercial insight with a track record of contributing to successful project outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including influencing, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • A deep commitment to designing environments that enrich community wellbeing.

Why Join Jacobs?

  • Be part of an inclusive culture that prioritizes wellbeing and professional development.
  • Gain access to career growth opportunities both locally and globally.
