Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Secretarial Services to manage client portfolios, including Singapore private companies, foreign branches, and variable capital companies (VCCs).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer corporate secretarial functions such as company formations, dissolutions, drafting directors' and shareholders' resolutions, maintaining statutory records, and filing with ACRA.
- Keep track of compliance schedules ensuring timely adherence to the Singapore Companies Act, VCC Act, and related legal requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, accountants, and other stakeholders.
- Provide daily supervision, guidance, and mentorship to Corporate Services Associates.
- Review associates' work for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to internal protocols.
- Advise and aid clients with work pass and related immigration matters.
- Undertake additional corporate or special assignments as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Two to three years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.
- ICSA/CGI Graduate is preferred; alternatively, a degree in Business Studies or Accounting is acceptable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client service focus.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
