Role overview

This opportunity is with a global middle-market investment bank that advises founder-led companies in the technology space. The team focuses on enterprise capital transactions as well as mid-market deals across internet, software, and consumer technology, giving strong exposure to fast-growing businesses and direct involvement in live transactions.

The firm is hiring a Senior Analyst to support execution across technology-focused mandates. The role is centered on transaction support, analytical work, client-facing materials, and coordination with senior bankers throughout the deal lifecycle. H1-B transfer sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions as well as capital-raising transactions within the technology sector.
• Create and review financial models, valuation analyses, and market or industry research used in transaction work.
• Develop client decks, pitch books, and other transaction-related documents.
• Work alongside senior bankers to help run deal processes from start to finish.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 1 year of investment banking experience is expected; experience in technology-related transactions is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and technical ability, including solid Excel and financial modeling skills.
• A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a driven attitude are important.
