Job Overview
We are looking for a senior product leader to take full ownership of the product vision, strategy, and delivery for a comprehensive trading platform. This role involves leading product teams, enhancing product processes, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless, scalable, and compliant trading services. Candidates must currently reside in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Establish the product vision and roadmap for the trading platform.
- Lead and expand a skilled team of Product Managers.
- Manage product discovery, prioritize features, and undertake data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance to launch essential trading functionalities.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept development to launch and scaling.
- Maintain platform stability, ease of use, and exceptional user experience across markets.
Qualifications
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in Product Management with at least 3 to 5 years in leadership positions.
- Strong background in developing digital trading platforms such as retail trading apps, CFD/FX platforms, cryptocurrency trading platforms, brokerage technology, or execution systems.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling trading or investment products from inception to market.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and customer-centric product mindset.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly growing technology environments.
- Experience working in Singapore or Southeast Asian markets is advantageous.
- Preference given to candidates with fintech or trading technology expertise.
