Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in a well-established FinTech practice managing a strong portfolio of mergers & acquisitions and strategic advisory projects.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers throughout every stage of transaction processes, from initial origination to final execution and deal closure.
• Engage directly with clients and take on meaningful tasks in live transactions, benefiting from early responsibility without being lost within a large team.

Candidate Profile

• Currently a first or second year Associate, preferably promoted from Analyst or recently completed an MBA program.
• Possesses robust M&A experience, ideally within FinTech, Technology, Professional Services, or Financial Institutions Group sectors.
• Strong technical capabilities in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and comprehensive transaction management.
• Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and comfortable thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
