Role Overview
The Senior Analyst for Induction and Onboarding will own the design, delivery, and ongoing refinement of the new-hire onboarding journey. The role is focused on helping employees feel supported, well-informed, and ready to contribute from their first day, while also ensuring alignment with internal culture and compliance needs.
Role Details
- Designation: Induction Specialist
- Location: Chandigarh
- Shift timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work schedule: 5 working days, work from office, Monday to Friday
- Notice period: Immediate joiners to 15 days
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full onboarding cycle from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness.
- Liaise with recruitment, HR, IT, payroll, and background verification teams to make sure joining activities happen on time.
- Keep employee details updated accurately in HR systems and maintain complete onboarding documentation.
- Respond to queries related to onboarding from new joiners and internal teams.
- Track onboarding service levels, identify exceptions, and flag potential delays or concerns early.
- Contribute to process enhancement, procedure documentation, and onboarding audits.
- Create onboarding trackers, dashboards, and recurring status updates for stakeholders.
Requirements
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in HR onboarding, HR operations, or preboarding functions.
- Good understanding of onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools and ATS platforms.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply. Candidates with a background in HR, business administration, or related areas are preferred, especially those with experience in onboarding or HR operations.
