Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Senior AI SEO Expert to work remotely, offering a performance-based salary up to ₹100,000 per month. This role demands at least five years of practical experience with a focus on the U.S. market and requires deep expertise in modern search optimization techniques, including SEO, AI-driven search engine optimization, and app store optimization. Candidates must be ready to join within a week and commit to working six days a week for ten hours daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently devise and implement full-scale SEO plans.
• Enhance website rankings on Google Search and various AI-powered search engines.
• Optimize content specifically for AI-based answer engines and overview snippets.
• Implement thorough technical SEO audits and apply necessary fixes.
• Apply advanced strategies on both on-page and off-page SEO aspects.
• Maintain and improve website authority through E-E-A-T best practices.
• Regularly monitor key performance indicators such as keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in AI Search and Large Language Model Optimization.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience focused on tangible results.
• Demonstrated success in the U.S. market.
• Expert knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, E-E-A-T, LLMO, AI SEO, and ASO.
• Strong technical proficiency in WordPress, HTML, shared hosting environments, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Capable of operating autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.

Selection Process & Mandates

• Interviews will be conducted virtually with the camera on, requiring a professional demeanor and eye contact.
• Technical evaluation necessitates live demonstrations of current website management, keyword performance on AI search engines, and relevant Google Console/Analytics data — no data sharing is needed, only screen sharing.

Working Conditions and Additional Details
