Senior Account Manager – Banking Sector (KSA)

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Account Manager experienced in managing strategic partnerships within Saudi Arabia's banking sector. This role focuses on expanding business by delivering cutting-edge solutions including digital transformation, enterprise platforms, and managed services tailored for financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Saudi banking regulations, Vision 2030 digital initiatives, and a deep understanding of industry dynamics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic account plans targeting major banking clients across Saudi Arabia.
• Uncover new opportunities in areas such as Digital Platforms, Enterprise Applications, Managed Services, AI, Automation, and Cloud technologies.
• Establish and nurture strong C-level relationships with both business and technology leaders.
• Manage the entire sales process from identifying prospects to finalizing contracts.
• Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to develop competitive proposals and presentations.
• Focus on driving revenue while ensuring superior customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Stay informed on market developments, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes affecting the Saudi banking industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth project execution and sustained managed service delivery.

Experience and Skills

• Over a decade of experience in enterprise IT sales or account management roles.
• Proven expertise selling Digital Platforms, Managed Services, and facilitating Digital Transformation projects.
• Well-established connections within Saudi banks and financial institutions.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and handling large-scale enterprise tenders.
• Strong grasp of banking technologies such as Digital Banking, CRM, Business Process Management, Enterprise Content Management, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Integration Platforms, and Cloud services.
• Exceptional skills in negotiation, presenting solutions, and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
• Completion of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related disciplines; MBA is an advantage.
