Role Summary
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships, overseeing campaign management, and ensuring smooth, effective project delivery. The position demands handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving setting, with a sharp focus on detail and deadline adherence. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align creative and production efforts with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary daily liaison for clients, managing briefs, campaign implementation, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Partner with supervisors who provide mentorship and direction.
- Coordinate between creative and production teams internally to guarantee prompt delivery.
- Compile project documents, track progress, and evaluate campaigns post-completion.
- Maintain impeccable quality and precision in all deliverables.
- Identify challenges proactively and resolve issues throughout project phases.
- Contribute to strategic planning and assist in proposal creation.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in account or project management within an agency setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Knowledge of campaign processes, scheduling, and client engagement.
- Expertise in managing social media campaigns.
- A cooperative and positive team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English verbally and in writing; additional languages are a benefit.
- Experience collaborating with regional clients is preferred.
Working Environment
- Hybrid work setup requiring presence in the office approximately two to three days weekly.
- Ongoing interaction with offshore teams across regions, necessitating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Participation in diverse projects spanning multiple media platforms, creating a fast-paced work atmosphere.
