About the role
This position is based in Dublin and follows a hybrid working model, with time split between home and a LinkedIn office depending on team and business needs. The role sits within the Talent Solutions team and focuses on the UK and Ireland market.
The position is a new business sales role for the mid-market segment. You will be responsible for generating demand through outbound outreach and handling inbound interest, then identifying the right technology solutions and selling corporate products that support hiring and talent development. Success in the role requires a strong commercial mindset, but client needs must always remain the priority.

Key responsibilities
- Build a strong sales pipeline through persistent prospecting and meaningful relationships with potential clients.
- Prepare dependable forecasts and keep management fully informed about pipeline progress.
- Consistently close new business at or above target.
- Create and execute a territory plan, while recording and sharing competitive intelligence.
- Support teammates through coaching, advice, and knowledge sharing when improvement opportunities arise.
- Help establish and spread best practices across the team.
- Bring market feedback to product and marketing teams to help improve offerings.
- Take initiative to solve problems beyond your immediate remit and step into new responsibilities as needed.
- Look for leadership opportunities and contribute to the company’s broader goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in new business sales or an agency recruitment role with quota-carrying responsibility.
- Strong command of English.
- Experience selling SaaS products within an HR environment is preferred.
- Proven negotiation ability and precise forecasting capability.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and use data to guide decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Track record of managing multiple prospect conversations at once in a high-energy, business-development setting.
