About the Role
Zoya Developments L.L.C is seeking an organized and detail-focused Secretary / Document Controller to join its team based in Bay Square Business Bay, Dubai. This full-time, on-site position involves providing essential administrative support and managing project documentation efficiently to uphold company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and update both hardcopy and electronic documents systematically.
- Maintain project files aligned with company document control protocols.
- Draft and prepare various correspondence including reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Manage incoming communications such as phone calls and emails and handle general administrative duties.
- Arrange meetings and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate filing and accessibility of all project documents while complying with company policies and project specifications.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism when managing sensitive data.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of experience working within a contracting company is mandatory.
- Proven abilities in organization and document management.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite.
- Capability to multitask and perform efficiently under stress.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a professional attitude are essential.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
