Job Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons aligned with the curriculum and corporate guidelines using worksheets, teaching aids, and activities to engage students effectively.
• Prepare thoroughly for each lesson plan by reviewing materials and participating in curriculum workshops.
• Deliver lessons strictly following the provided lesson plans and incorporate diverse teaching resources and assignments.
• Maintain discipline inside and outside the classroom and adapt teaching to meet individual student needs, including interests and learning paces.
• Manage classroom duties daily such as record-keeping, reviewing and providing timely feedback on students' classwork, homework, and assessments.
• Organize and participate in special school events as required.
• Maintain various administrative documents including log books, academic calendars, attendance registers via ERP, report cards, student portfolios, and guardian files.
• Support the coordinator in managing event records like parent-teacher meetings, culminating activities, special day events, field trips, extracurricular activities, inter-house competitions, and house points.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must possess a B.Ed. degree in any specialization.
• Must hold a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry.
