Role Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship and communication with parents effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all parental inquiries and requests.
- Resolve issues raised by parents through the school's Internal Service Request (ISR) system promptly.
- Gather feedback and concerns from parents, collaborating with school leadership to resolve and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Act as an intermediary to ensure parental concerns are addressed respectfully and efficiently.
- Respond to parent queries via various channels including in-person, phone, email, and the company website.
- Escalate any unresolved grievances to the Principal and Marketing Team to ensure timely resolution and parental satisfaction.
- Track and manage all parent communications utilizing organizational tools such as CRM.
- Ensure parents are kept well-informed and engaged throughout the issue resolution process to maximize their satisfaction.
- Guide parents regarding school systems, processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring updated information is available as needed.
- Provide information related to the entire student lifecycle including post-school activities and summer camps.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Any graduate from any academic discipline.
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of experience working in schools, particularly in admission counselling.
