Role Overview

We are seeking Seasonal Sales Assistants for our pop-up opening at Kildare Village from September to December 2026 on fixed-term contracts. Working hours will follow a rotating roster encompassing weekdays, weekends, daytime, and evening shifts throughout the week. You will be a key player in representing our brand and values, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by applying strong product knowledge and fostering meaningful customer relationships.
• Maintain smooth shop floor operations through clear communication and organisation.
• Ensure the store's standards and stock levels are consistently upheld via timely replenishment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to build interpersonal connections and support the store environment.
• Strive to maximise sales potential within your area and meet sales targets.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will demonstrate flexibility across the weekly schedule and exhibit a positive, team-oriented attitude. Excellent communication skills and organisational ability are essential to manage the fast-paced retail environment.
