Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, assisting with inventory, and driving sales through product demonstrations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service ensuring high satisfaction and a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain the store's condition and uphold visual merchandising standards to attract customers.
- Provide support in managing inventory activities.
- Demonstrate products, explain their benefits, and answer customer inquiries.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
- Meet and strive to exceed daily sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products to boost overall sales revenue.
- Communicate effectively in basic English and fluently in Hindi or Kannada.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience is essential.
- Aptitude for understanding customer needs and guiding them to appropriate products.
- Ability to explain product features clearly and simply.
- Familiarity with computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Integrity and honesty in communication.
- Awareness and knowledge of products and the fashion industry.
