Role Overview

We are seeking a SEA Manager to spearhead the paid search growth for the Amorana brand in the Swiss and German markets. This role focuses on building profitable in-house Google Ads campaigns and spans platforms including Google, Bing, and emerging AI-driven shopping channels. You will lead Amorana’s SEA strategy while contributing expertise across the Lovehoney Group SEA team.

Key Duties

  • Craft and implement the SEA strategy for Amorana aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures to hit channel KPIs.
  • Optimize campaign structure and bidding to maximize profitability and drive expansion.
  • Perform keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and enhance landing pages via testing.
  • Monitor and report channel performance metrics, aligning with stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and apply best practices to evolve paid search accounts.
  • Collaborate within the SEA team to exchange knowledge, contribute to growth projects, and elevate Group-wide SEA efforts.
  • Leverage specialist skills such as Shopping campaign management, advanced analytics, or AI/automation to strengthen performance.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate routine SEA tasks, freeing time for strategic initiatives.
  • Develop targeted marketing approaches across product lines to support sales strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in English with at least B2-level German fluency.
  • Minimum two years’ experience managing SEA either in-house or agency-side.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics platforms.
  • Advanced skills in keyword research, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvement.
  • Strong analytical mindset paired with creative problem-solving to navigate industry challenges.
  • Awareness of evolving digital advertising trends, including LLM-based ads, agentic commerce, and Universal Commerce Protocol.
  • Self-motivated learner who proactively adopts AI innovations and contributes new ideas.
  • Ability to create targeted strategies for product portfolios to maximize sales effectiveness.
