Role overview

Lovehoney Group is hiring a Paid Media Manager to help drive performance across the business. The role centers on planning, launching, and improving paid social campaigns across several platforms, with YouTube as the main focus. You will combine analytical thinking with creative campaign execution in a fast-moving retail environment.

What you will do

  • Create and manage paid social strategies for both brand-building and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Run and fine-tune paid campaigns across platforms, with primary responsibility for YouTube and additional activity on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Work with the department lead to plan budgets, allocate spend wisely, and improve performance through data-backed decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, and Creative teams to deliver integrated plans and compelling advertising assets.
  • Track performance across markets and channels, then act quickly on insights to improve results.
  • Keep up with market trends and competitor activity to continuously strengthen campaign outcomes.
  • Compile and deliver detailed performance updates for clients and internal teams.

What you should bring

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in paid social advertising, with a solid record of managing campaigns that deliver strong impact.
  • Hands-on knowledge of advertising tools such as YouTube, Meta Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Good command of A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation, allowing campaigns to be refined using performance data.
  • Proven ability to contribute to revenue growth in a business operating at multi-million-pound scale.
  • Strong analytical capability and familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta, and TikTok reporting environments.
  • Experience managing people and encouraging a cooperative, target-driven team culture is an advantage.
