Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of prior experience in radiology scheduling or patient access.
- Working knowledge of insurance payors, including commercial, government, and third-party plans.
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Experience working in a healthcare office environment, including familiarity with CPT and ICD-10.
- Ability to manage several tasks at once and use time efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in a healthcare setting with a focus on patient scheduling.
- Exposure to electronic health record systems.
- Strong people skills to improve patient interactions.
- Any additional credentials related to patient access or scheduling.
